Anyone MCO based please recommend nice quiet suburbs within 40 mins of the airport?

Been in the NE corner for years, check out anywhere in Seminole county. Good schools if you've got kids. I can get to MCO in about 30 minutes, 40 in rush hour.

Do you like the ocean? Many live out in Merritt Island area and commute in. Depending on where, could be a bit over 40mins but always dependable (rarely) traffic.
