Highlights:
Short term leave: 1, 3, and 6 months
- must maintain currency
- must do landings, home study, recurrent.
- pay will be at 55 hours
- accrue sick, vacation & length of service
- 401k eligible

Long Term
- up to 12 months
- recalled with 30 day notice from company
- accrue length of service
- unpaid
- maintain travel benefits

Permanent Leaves of absences
- must be 62 or older
- eligible for all benefits till 6
- pay 50 hours a month til 65
- 401k eligible
