For the small percentage of us guard/reservists that are just now starting our civilian airline careers and are in the 99th/100th percentile of airline seniority. If we accept AGR orders and return to our squadrons, will we be protected from the October 1st 2020 furloughs? I assume not because the furloughs will be seniority based and we would be part of a group getting furloughed.

Negative, you'll still be furloughed. You'll just have a steady income.
