He doesn't have to blatantly say "Everyone inject disinfectant!". It was this part "And then I see the disinfectant where it knocks it out in a minute. One minute. And is there a way we can do something like that by injection". There are stupid people out there who will hear that and do stupid things, like the guy who died from hydroxychloroquine. It's that he's too stupid to realize that some people might take things he says literally and then do those stupid things, and he's too dumb and irresponsible not to let his thoughts just free flow out with no filter.
