I have read the previous thread on regional compensation. I was wondering if XJET had a duty rig? What is the compensation package like there?

Aside from the hourly pay, the work rules are far better than CAL's. Next time you see a CAL pilot, ask em about PBS and then time how long it takes for the vein in their forehead to pop out Ask em about their "days off" out of base between reserve periods. Ask em about their deadhead pay.

One of the best contracts for regionals, I think the only airline that has us beat is Air Wisconsin. Once their contract gets reinstated.

yeah air whisky has a sweet deal. xjt you will be pretty happy with. with first year pay, overs, per diem, and deadhead pay i will clear 31g's at the end of the year. I am working about 85-95 hours a month but it isnt hard. The QOL is protected by a lot of contract clauses but there are still loopholes especially with the new flying we are doing. You wont be disappointed with the contract especially if you start hearing about what other companies don't have once your here.

I also think it depends where you arw coming from, I came from COLGAN, I have met some that came from MESA and we truly appreciate how good it is here, a few of my buddies that got on here with just CFI time don't have as much patience with certain things as I do

All things that were done as a concession for keeping 70 seaters on property instead of ending up at a regional. My hats off to them - they kept their eye on the ball.

I recently sent AWAC 2001 and 2003 (concessionary) and XJT 2004 contracts to the founders of APC in PDF...they will probably post them soon for all to view.

AWAC's concessionary FO rates are better than XJT. However, XJT's CA rates are a bit higher than AWAC's concessionary CA rates and all AWAC pilots got a decent raise last year partially because of XJT's rates. XJT has a much stronger scheduling section than AWAC does, especially regarding trip swap/drop/trade and reserve pickup.

I have attached the 2004 XJT CBA for everyone's review...this DOES NOT have the Charter or extension payrates, though.

Attached is AWAC's 2003 Concessionary CBA for review and comparison.
