Is anyone else unable to list for pilot commuting listing on Hawaiian via myidtravel

shows flights as unavailable even thought i can see them.

Hawaiian uses id90 to list for non-rev. If you are an OAL jumpseater, you’ll need to list at the ticket counter or service desk.

I couldn't see the picture you posted, but I'm just telling you what the ALPA jumpseat guide says. I work for Hawaiian, and we list for the jumpseat thru the ID90 site/app. Previously, pilots from other airlines had to list at the ticket counter or gate. Apparently, that process has changed, and you can now list using the ID90 site or app. I use the myidtravel site too, for the airlines that you listed. But even if you can see Hawaiian on the myidtravel site, I don't believe you can list for the jumpseat on there. Hope that helps.

myidtravel.com and id90travel.com are different listing tools for different airlines. I don’t work for Hawaiian, but I think he is saying they use the second website (id90travel.com)

Used ID90 app a few weeks ago to get to Hawaii for work (other airline) and it worked great. I’d probably have the ticket counter run you through CASS though. Was quite a pain at the gate.
