Default All XO places are the same

I was in a lobby listening to an XO Captain tell a story. I took from the story that it’s a very punitive culture and XO proper is better than the others they’ve bought recently but not much.

Fatigue can and will be used against you PLEASE TRUST ME ON THIS. Read your GOM and ask A LOT of questions about duty/flight/rest times ESPECIALLY THE ONE PHONE CALL RULE. Apparently 135 CPs and DOs can do whatever they want and tell you it’s ok with the FAA.

OR STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM THESE PLACES WITH A KNOW REPUTATION, HIGH TURNOVER AND ACCIDENTS!

Good thing XO has a known good reputation, low turnover and no accidents

Default It's real

And I'm being vague (cautious) for a reason. All you have to do it Google Hawker 800 Crash NY. So yeah, it's real!

This was relayed to me by a VJ Global captain that was interviewing with XO to make the transition from Jet's cert to XO's. I have no reason to not believe this person.

The only Hawker crash I can find is the one that Talon pranged at FRG.
