My understanding is the rudder pedals would deflect the rudder (using center and right system) but not nose wheel w/o left system….ineffective under 60 knots. Our book say to use differential thrust and braking to clear runway if able..nothing about rudder steering…of course that all would be after stopping and assuring controllability.
