DCA Rwy 1-19
The 10-9 lists the length as 7169'.
10-9A lists 6869' in the takeoff distance box. I distinctly remember the 6869' being previously listed on 10-9.
So, an extra 300'. 150' on each end. EMAS add? I don't recall any runway extension programs at the airport. So, any insight why the length value is different between the two pages?

Some airports publish takeoff distance available, accelerate/stop distance available and LDA shorter than the actual pavement length to provide a runway safety area. You have to calculate your performance numbers based on the published numbers so it provides a safety margin when there’s not much overrun. No EMAS shown for 1-19.

It there was construction in 2012 that added 300 feet to the south end of 1/19. Looks like they keep the old TORA, TODA, ASDA and LDA to provide a safety margin.
