Have any of those few returned voluntarily or were they sent back for failing training?

I've only been through two initial type ratings at DL, but I cannot fathom how one could actually fail training here......especially with an airline backround....I guess it does happen, but still........You almost have to go out of your way........

One returned voluntarily. Another 9E guy was fired from DL after he punched a sim instructor (I don’t include that in this statistic but I still think it’s funny).

I wonder how the stash is doing there.
