Default GARMIN 750 RNAV Approaches...G/S???

We recently hung two Garmin 750s in our Citation Bravo. The Universal FMS was removed.

We are having trouble getting the Glide Slope to display and provide guidance. I have spoken with other Citation guys with the same setup and it appears as though you have to "trick" the GPS into showing the Slope by getting OUT of FMS and into NAV using the switch lights. Before you commence the APP, switch to NAV and dial in the course. Then back to FMS. Then, when on the approach the GARMIN will ask you if you want to "Enable GS" or something like that. IF you hit yes, you'll get the GS, and alls well. But we are only getting that message about 50 percent of the time. Clearly, this is unsat. Particularly with winter weather approaching.

The info we have received from the peeps who did the install is limited.

Any ideas?

Learned a few things.
1. Prior to the approach select green needles and dial in the course. Go back to pink needles.
2. While being vectored in FMS NAV keep an eye on the MSG function on the GTN. You'll get a message to "ENABLE G/S OUTPUT?" or something like that. Select YES.
3. Eventually, "FMS" will show on the NAV display (just above the G/Slope) and the G/S display will appear. Select NAV (Green needles).
4. Select APP. The AP will NOT couple to the GS in magenta. Only green.
