Embarrassing to say the least..

as a DOD contractor, what does the federal government have to say about this? who are the non-US Citizen E-2 visa holders, soon flying into bases/etc ?

this matter should be elevated by the union to Congress / watchdogs

From what we've been told, pilots on Visa cannot leave the lower 48 US States. So no DOD 757 Combi runs or Alaska/Hawaii Prime Air flying.

regardless it is ridiculous that they are going this route instead of just trying to keep the people we've already got.

So do they actually sponsor EB-2's?

That depends on which Visa. There is a pletora of visa. student visa, work visa etc. On Eb2 NIW you are allowed to work everywhere from my info.
