I ran into to this “NYC residents pay” on the Endeavor’s website, could anyone elaborate? Thank you 👍🏼

“New York City Residents Only: The minimum pay is $100.00 per credit hour. Additional pay increases occur as listed in the CBA, to a current maximum of $120.87 per credit hour”

"Effective November 1, 2022, the NYC Human Rights Law requires employers to include a good faith pay range in all job advertisements.

Any advertisement for a job, promotion, or transfer opportunity that would be performed in New York City is covered by the new law."

It's just compliance on pay transparency law, the pay is not different for NYC resident.
