Why can I, as a foreigner, get support for Aviation English Proficiency Exam Preparation? Also, do you know of a site that provides online training that you would recommend?

I missed the question. Do you need schooling to improve your English up to Level 4?

I would check a forum that caters to non-English speaking pilots. The vast majority of pilots on this forum are native English speakers and don’t know anything about the aviation English exam.
