Im on the west coast looking for a seaplane rating.

Anyone have any recommendations?

West coast = almost 1300 miles, heck Cali's is almost 900.
Can you be a little more specific, geographically speaking?

Would you be willing to travel to Seattle, at your own expense, if you live in LA, or vice versa?

I'll go out on a limb and guess OP is looking for seaplane flight school recommendations between Seattle and San Diego. Seemed pretty cut and dry, but I've been wrong before.
