Quote: Ya I'm going for the full monty. Not cheap, but if I'm going to do it might as well go all-in. What I like is it includes three hours of live consult, not just videos to watch that you could otherwise find on youtube.
Important to realize... It's not an expense... it's an investment. All the best.

Yeah absolutely. I've spent more for way less. Thanks very much, you as well.

Ok, so here's a perfect example. The resume service I got was super fast, I received my first draft a day after I sent them my info. Overall I am happy with it, it's not far off from my own original with a similar look but maybe a little more professional and organized, i.e. not overdone or uber-flashy. Like a nice upgrade. However, one of the additions they made to one of my job descriptions is: "responsible for the management of safe, dependable, and efficient operation of the aircraft, while promoting an effective and inclusive team environment." I mean, it's not untrue but this is pretty inherent in any pilot job and to me sounds like trying to fluff it up, which I am not crazy about. I will probably have them delete it. I think the job speaks for itself and doesn't need to be fluffed.

I'd add "focused on following SOP's from the FOM, FCTM, FAR's, AIM, knowing the required callouts, checklist responses, 'immediate action'/red box/memory items, limitations, recommendations from 'Flying the Big Jets', while avoiding to swear in public or over the radio, but still retaining an awesome sense of humor."

I'm curious if any racist, non inclusive, or unsafe people have stated as much on their resumes???

Weaselistic hyperbole: the art of saying much without actually saying anything at all.

For example, "responsible for the management of safe, dependable, and efficient operation of the aircraft, while promoting an effective and inclusive team environment."

Like the non-aviation classic job title: Program Analyst.

A professor in college called them "content free experssions"

I had just learned to spell "library," when someone changed it to "media center."

I drew the line at elevator operators becoming vertical lift management specialists.

Thanks guys, these are great. I will try to incorporate as many as I can, but I am trying to keep my resume to around 5-6 pages so I may have to edit a bit.
