Wink FDA posting and required training

There is a belief among many that regardless of the out come of the LOA, FedEx will (attempt) to open FDA's in HKG, CDG or both. I'm of the belief that some FedEx pilots, currently on the seniority list, will bid both FDA's as thier current position (likely junior FO's and SO's) this upgrade will be a net gain for them. I'm thinking this is most likely for CDG, but even HKG, due to the WB capt pay, will entice some FedEx crew's to jump on even the Section 6 move package without the LOA.
All crew's who elect to fly from either of these FDA's will require, at minimum, line oriented training related to the theater of operations they will fly in. FedEx pilots in the training and standards department will be necessary to fly with, observe, and teach these pilots how to operate within their base as required by FedEx ops specs, FAR'S and good common sense. NO FEDEX PILOT IS REQUIRED TO ACCEPT A POSITION THAT WOULD OBLIDGE THEM TO DO THIS!!!
Even if pilots bid to fly these FDA's, other FedEx pilots are necessary to make it happen. Unless FedEx is prepared to start alter ego airlines in Europe and Asia, it will need the support of line holding FedEx pilots who are not required to train, give line checks or IOE as a condition of thier flying employment.

We have more than a vote and more than a voice, but we need to know how to use it.
