theres this microwave rice pouch you can buy at the supermarket, it cooks in about 1 minute and is pretty damn good, look for the uncle ben label.

cup-of-noodles have like over 700 whatever of salt, i haven't had one in a long time because i saw that. I don't remember the exact number, i just knew it was like suckin down a soy sauce bottle.
