It looked like a normal touchdown to me; especially if you have a full boat, in a turbo-prop (all that movement when you go to idle), in gusty conditions with a possible gear problem.
I've never flown the -8; however, back in the day, I flew some stiff-legged turbo-props and it's tough to get one of those greasers that we see out of a trailing link gear.
It looks like a normal landing for a straight gear. Props to the crew for getting #1 secured, in a timely manner and getting everyone off safely; that's about all we're paid for.
Side-note to this; I can't tell if it's just the angle the video was taken from, but initially, from the video, the gear looks like it might be out of proper position.
