I read where GE will be installing flight management systems into all of the classic 737's. my question is, is this a full glass cockpit transition, or just the components to fly RNP? Also, do pilots flying the 737 classics, and the new generation have different training, and if so would this upgrade by GE allow all SW pilots to go through the same training? thanks.

We all fly the classics and NG's. The training is the same for everyone. At a minimum it is one more box and a moving map if not full glass.
