Quote: USE MICROSAFT FLIGHT SIM X. Fly the hell out of it. Don't be too concerned with the glass but rather the instability of the aircraft. Read the profiles on the gouges and practice them on flight sim till you are comfortable......And find someone to tilt your house for you while you are practicing!
That's so you, dude!!!!!

Honestly, since we talked the other day, I have started flying the PSA gouge. Much much harder than I thought. Further, flying the ILS with nose up feels WWWWRROONNGG!!!

Get me a crane to tilt my apartment building!!!

We need beer....

if you really want the job at ASA, you need to do the flight safety prep course. They will brief you on the sim eval, and will let you fly the sim around for an hour. They will give you tips and pointers so that you will pass the sim ride no problemo! You also get a nice CRJ poster. If you have not flown a level d sim, you need to do this. The cost is $600. (OUCH!). Call flight safety in atlanta to set it up. I did mine the day before my interview, and if I had not, I would not be here. Hope this helps.

All that for $600 and you get a free poster?

I wonder what kind of kickback ASA is getting on the prep course.
