Does anyone have any info Petsmart flight dept out of Scottsdale?

Anything like pay, QOL, overall environment.

I know they are quite understaffed but dont have any info from pilots.

Any info is appreciated.

Looks like they have five pilots. They operate a CL600 and a DA2000.
