No different then the rest of the white trash or "non japanese" would look. They are equally discriminate of all other races.

There are a few American guys with NCA in the FE seat in SFO. Possibly JFK as well. But there are no positions to be had, currently they have a glut of Japanese engineers just like JAL.
Southern Air just put into service one of their GE powered freighters, so it appears they are accelerating the retirement of their classic fleet as well.
My friend figures he has another 2 years or so.
