I'm looking for a Nor-cal fractional carrier that has minns comparable to most of the regionals. Any guidance?

Fractionals contract with owners regarding minimums for pilots - usually 2500 TT, 500 turbine. These are non-waiverable.

Fractionals are not comparable to regionals - therefore, neither are the mins!

You could try Flight Options. They have a base in San Francisco. Even their mins are higher than the regionals though, but I hear it's a lousy place to work.

Requirements:
Must meet ATP requirements and have passed the ATP written exam; Posses at least 1500 hours total time, 300 hours multi-engine and 100 hours multi-engine turbine.

Plane Sense and/or Avant Air are the only fractionals that MIGHT have mins resembling those of the regionals, but I doubt it...Plane Sense its an East Coast operation at that.

If your ultimate goal is NJ, FX or CS, then you're better off getting a corporate gig in California, and try it from there. Jet experience at some corporate outfit comes very slow, but better pay than a regional.

There is Sunset Aviation, based in the northern San Francisco Bay Area. Also try looking at what charter operators are listed at the different airports, such as Hayward, Sacramento, etc. And as has already been stated, the mins are well above any regional. The mins at the regionals are hovering around 500 - 800 total time, you won't find mins that low anywhere else.
