Obviously things are subject to change and as my dear detailer used to tell me, "the needs of (insert organization here)", back then, the Navy, now JB and the USN. Either way, things can change, that's the forecast, otherwise go to JBU on your class date, enjoy whatever they give you. Year one pay is the same. Don't like it after a year, bail. We'll probably be bought by someone in the meanwhile anyways.
