I've got a Flex interview this week and NJA next week. I too would work for either over my current position. Both NJA and Flex have there good points for me. Pay is of course better at NJA. Flex is 190/day 1st year FO as of May 1st. I'm not sure what the other scales changed to. That's about a 19% increase for that one at least. Hopefully I'm lucky enough to have the opportunity to make a choice, and for that matter to resign from here for either company. If not I'll just enjoy the advantages of seniority in my current position. That's all I've got going for me over here.
