I'm waiting for eagle to come thru FSA so I can Interview with them , and I was just wondering if anyone here can share their interview experience. Even if anyone interviewed for a different regional at FSA for the AATP. I already read the one at aviationinterviews.com . I'm just asking cause I know there are guys that interview here when they are still working on their instrument an d comercial ratings. So im guessing the interview might be a little different than normal? . Anyways , any help is appreciated. Thank You

Well since most airline interviews consist of instrument procedures and part 121 regs I’m thinking that there’s not much to ask. How can anyone possibly interview for a 121 carrier with no instrument rating or commercial?!? I know everyone needs pilots but this is a little ridiculous.

Thats why I ask. Cause here at Flight Safety, students interview with a regional usually, coming to an end on their instrument rating, or while working on their mult-comercial. is one of those funny bridge program.

I'm highly suspicious of this scenario. Maybe some are TRYING to get an interview, but without even an INST let alone a COMM certificate, that just sounds bogus. No offense. No airline will interview anyone w/o a commercial, its just not worth their time!

But when you do interview, stick with the gouges and have a good attitude.

Stick with the gouges then. Anyways Piperdrvr, I know what you're saying but like i mentioned before here at FSA you can interview when you're almost done with your instrument or while working on your multi commercial. Now , you dont get the job there, you just get a conditional offer of employment so you can start on the advance airline track program that we got here. At the end of the aatp an airline guy come here and gives you a checkride on a erj145 leveld sim we got here, if passed then you get a class date and off you go.
