Horizon Air is having Tamdar installed on all of it's Q400's beginning this year. It will do OOOI for us as well as give us an uplink we need to use the XM satellites for our EFB's.

I've been hearing a rumor that the EFB idea has been scrapped for now. Probably another informal negotiation tactic being used by management.

PenAir's Saab's have had TAMDAR for a little while now too...
