I am looking at a job offer at NASCAR on a Hawker, based in Charlotte. I am wondering what the QOL is like. Is there a lot of pilot turnover? I know this is an old thread, but any advice would be appreciated.

Not a bad deal, the atmosphere is a little off, with some difficult personality's but thats part of life. The NC job would be better.
