As the thread implies, who is on your team. Pilots, lawyers, professional (hired gun) negotiators?
Do you keep the same team for every round?
How do you prepare for "the next round"?
Pre and post chapter 11 experience is appreciated.

Several pilots, some with experience in negotiations/contract, some without
Specialized committees from the union in scheduling, contract, benefits & staff folks who provide much of the research material & info to the NC
Negotiator/mediator
Inhouse legal experience on contract law
Size varies from airline to airline...hope that helps.
