Fedex's Cass system is down today for some kind of MX. I have a fellow Fedex crewmember needing to JS today from SAT to MEM today. My question is, Will you system allow him to JS without being able to pull him up in Cass? Our company said that they will allow calls to our Duty Officer today to confirm employment, but didn't know if it would help.

I believe as long as there is a seat in the cabin it won't be a problem. If the back is full, it might be. In the latter case he might try talking to the CA. With the proper ID's he might still get in the cockpit.
