Does anyone know anything about Express Jet? Good? Bad? Stay away or a dream job?

A dream job only in a nightmare!

I know a few guys that fly for them, and no complaints yet.

Caveat: Most of them just started in the last year however, and were happy to get their 1st job.

I've got hired March 04 and I just got the upgrade. The question remains if I'll still be Captain this time next year. We have 9 months to figure out if we give CAL 69 airplanes. Lot of rumors out there about whats going to happen. Are we a good airline. YES Great work rules with our new contract. Everyone I have flown with are real down to earth good guys. Great regional to work for, but I got hired at a good time and who knows what the future holds, but we will find out. If everything works out, I think uprgrade will be 3-4 years, if it takes a turn for the worse, we will be looking a lot like Eagle.
