Do you seriously think UAL+CAL will get a better deal? And it doesn't matter what you'll ask for.. matters what you will get at the end in reality. Would new hire pay, rules and benefits really attract better people than those coming to DAL?

And what is a "uniform toolbag" anyway? Someone who takes care of his uniform and is proud to wear it? I am trying and would love to be in that category, wouldn't you?
Wouldn't it be easier to convince the public that you deserve more if your nipples are not visible through your shirt?

Good luck raising the bar and please remember that rules are far more important than pay rates.
