To all, I am an extremely frustrated Delta MD-88 Captain looking for a new life. I have been following NetJets for some time and after reading the new contract I have to say that it appears quite impressive. These days it is hard to find competant management, but at least on the surface NetJets appears to be headed in the right direction.

Specifically, I am looking for some answers to questions that are not so obvious, such as the likelihood of integration of NJA & NJI, future growth prospects, and impressions of the pilots toward the management of the company.

I have no idea what the future holds at Delta, but I am sure of one thing, the job is no longer worth doing and will get worse very soon. I would appreciate any info that current NJA or NJI could provide. If I am going to bail, I certainly want to have realistic expectations as to what the future may look like.

If any of you guys would be interested in trading a few minutes on the phone, I would offer you a discount pass on Delta that can be used to go anywhere for up to a year. Thanks for your consideration.

Don't make a hasty decision. I never worked for Netjets itself, but I have done that kind of flying. Please post a way of getting a hold of you and I'll contact you.

I'm a former Indy pilot who was quite comfortable who is heading to class next week. I have many of the same questions, and will try to get it straight from the horses mouth. They have been very accomodating and professional so far. Look for an update at the end of next week.
