I don't have any turbine PIC. Most of my time is turbine SIC. Getting on with a fractional is almost impossible without the ATP and I can assure you that you can get hired with the fractionals without TPIC.

You may be right and I wish you luck, but I think you may learn there's difference between minimum requirements and competitive mins.
