To any who have been through the FDX interview recently.

I am sponsoring a couple old friends who are FDX wannbes.................One was just invited for an interview. Hopefully the second one will be called soon.

It has been a long time since I did or was involved in the interview process.

I would greatly appreciate any update on the process.

I know the Sim ride is the first step and it is a pass/fail in order to go to the next phase.

There use to be a series of written timed tests covering basic sciences and logic reasoning.

Then there was a 1 on 1 with a line Capt.

I have heard there is some type of CRM exercise. They didn't do this when I interviewed.

Anyone with recent info, I would appreciate it very much if you PM'd me with the latest gouge.

Have you checked out Aviationinterviews.com? Looks good to some guy that can't get a phone call from either FedEx or UPS. I have been trying for a long time, granted I finished the degree in January. I exceed everything else. 2 sponsors at FedEx and 1 at UPS.
