They were recruiting right from College. They would put you on the books, give you a partial paycheck during the Semesters. Then in the Summer you'd work an intern @ Full travel, fulltime pay with full lodging and per diem.Originally Posted by Scraggly Heron

The only contractual obligation was that for every year of College they paid for, (including and up to a Masters), you were committed to work 1.5 years for the Company.
This offer, as an Intern, was available for every position from Admin, IT to OPS.
Its a great opportunity for someone @ the College Level or working towards a Masters or PhD. But I've found that most people don't want to make the necessary lifestyle sacrifices and changes, (such as; frequent and/or unscheduled travel; missed family weekends and Holidays and multiple forced transfers).
Once again this information is/was all available from the current/former open source job solicitations.
