Does anyone know if there is an Emerging Market ETF that goes long on the market? I know EEV shorts the Emerging Markets but I can't find one that goes long on them.

VWO, Vanguard Emerging Markets, is one. Recent performance stinks, of course.

Not sure if it's short or long, but I think EEM is decent. I chose it over VWO since the volume is higher.
