NetJets New Online App-- Help!

If this has been addressed somewhere else on the 100's of pages of NetJets threads, I apologize.

Here's the issue: Anybody having trouble filling in the new online application form, specifically the page dealing with customer service experience?

The form will only allow one line of text in the three very *large* spaces dedicated to "position responsible for improving a customer experience".

From what I'm reading, this section is the most important of the app. Yet the form they have created only allows one short sentence.

I have downloaded "Adobe 9.0 Professional" and it doesn't seem to make a difference. Any tips on using Adobe I may not be aware of?? Or did the hiring department simply create a not-so-great online form?

Nevermind-- I think I got it.
If anybody else is having trouble with this issue, try the "typewriter" function under Tools in Adobe. It ain't user friendly, but I'm slowly getting the job done with it.
