I know a few things about the light twin side of the house.

I heard a couple of things this week:

Rumors of Omni being sold and of financial trouble at Omni.

I have a hard time believing the financial trouble rumor due to the profit margin on AMC flying.

What are you hearing regarding a buyer for Omni?

Actually, quite the opposite. I heard that Omni is buying North American for the airframes and then parting out the rest.

Omni buying North American. That actually makes more sense.

omni is not looking at buying anybody right now or selling to anyone
we are getting a third 757 for DOD business and have 10 DC10s
and all are busy and the company is making money - talks are still
ongoing between management and teamsters for a 1st contract but
it will be sometime before that happens
