I understand that Net Jets has an in-house union. When is the contract up? Is it amendable like under the railway labor act or does the contract end? Is there a way to get a copy of the contract?

Amendable - yes.

The 2007 Basic Agreement will
continue in full force and effect through and until May 21, 2013.
Pursuant to the provisions of subsection 30.2, the Company will have
the option to extend the 2007 Basic Agreement through and until May 21,
2016.
