What is pilot pay at scenic for year 1, 2, 3? How to til upgrade?

1st year pay 13.50 an hour. 2nd year pay 16.50. No idea what 3rd year FO pay is, no one is an FO for that long. You also get half your flight pay on the ground. Or 2 ground hours = a flight hour. Upgrade time is short! Anywhere from 2 months to a year. They will hire street captians if there low on captians. Captian pay is 24.05 an hour. Same thing with ground pay for captians.
