Default Aviator Time building? Socal Multi time building ?

Has anyone heard/had any experience first hand or know of anyone that did the Aviator (Aviator Flight Training) program? They offer 100 hrs of Multi time in a Duchess for under $10,000. I heard good and bad things from people reading about their program but not from anyone who has direct info. I heard some airlines frown upon shared multi-time (safety pilot) time, is this true?

If God permitting I can finish my CFI's by next summer, I was interested in doing this program for additional multi time and actual time which I think I'm lacking.

Also anyone know of some similar program here in Socal of Multi-time building similar to aviator?

Or you can always find a part 135 company that hire guys with low time and build turbine time and get paid doing it.

I hear this from some guys but where would I find such companies. I have tried doing some research but maybe I'm not looking for them correctly.

How low in time you referring to? I only have almost 400 TTL and 105 in average of twin.
