The problem is that if you as a pilot allow that to happened, you are also in violation not only the company. If you run out of duty time, the company needs to provide you with a place to get rest or something like that.

Loading your own plane and get some rest while on duty, that’s a different story. I think that’s normal. I guess all companies have there stuff, but for $45,000-$50,000 a year, I think I can deal with sleeping on a couch at an FBO in the middle of nowhere. Plus if you upgrade in the future to their Caravan, PC-12 or Citation I don’t think it will be that bad.
But my question: is there is anything illegal on there operation or on there procedure?
