Well, if you are already going through the process, what does it matter if someone says what your chances are, in their opinion? Just do the best you can and do whatever you can to make your resume even stronger.
But if you really want to hear, I'll give you my thoughts.
The 94 pilot score is good but as you already know, your verbal score is low.
Get more flight time or a private pilot's license. That will show how serious you are in persuring a flying career.
You have two degress, which is a nice thing to have, but, your GPA is low for someone who doesn't have a technical degree. Additionally, not having a technical degree will play against you.
Just keep plugging away at it and you might get lucky. To keep you from getting down, there are plenty of folks who had worse packages and are flying for the USAF today.
But if it doesn't work out for you, check out your local ANG or Reserve unit. They routinely recruit new hires and send them to UPT. In my opinion, this is the bes kept secret in the business.
