Your last statement is valid. Howeve not to poke you in the eye, but that shortsightedness is what mgmt likes. I joined CAL to make a difference and in the long term, it will. Perseverance and patience goes a long way. Read what is in the column. I know about the scabs but I also know this...we have more great and/or young guys with fire in their bellies for a new and better CAL. Also, age 65 is not too far off. Either way our future pilot group looks better.
