Default Just finished the HR panel

I completed the HR panel this morning. Here are some high points that I remember:

3 person panel - One main person who talks about the operations and basically tells you what to expect from a training stand point and the process of getting hired. Another person talks about the pay and bennies. The last person talks mainly about the type of job we will be doing. They all are very nice and laid back. They also let you ask as many questions as you want and I didn't get the feel they weren't listening to my questions. They took the time clarify the question and then answer it.

4 HR questions -

HR Panel - Tech interview (June 7th) - emailed assessment - onboarding - INDOC

SAC (2 spots) and BTL (3 spots) are the only bases they are hiring into at this time
Locality pay 54% and 45 % respectively ( % X base salary = total pay)

INDOC classes - November 2021 and April 2022
Onboarding for those classes are September 26th and January 23rd respectively

I imagine the HR questions were something along the lines of "tell me about a time when..." or typical aviation job interview stuff?

Just curious. My HR interview is this Friday. Good luck to everyone being considered!

Hope it went well. Should be hearing something by the end of the month if we move on.

Anyone hear anything from this last round of HR interviews? Mine was 5/14 and I thought they said the technical interviews would start this Monday 6/7.

They moved the next round or tech interviews back by one week so we should hear something this week for scheduling those interviews.

If you are interested in a Challenger 604 job working 15 days on / 13 days off, Capts start at 140k and FOs 85k if you are typed, 75k if not typed. Home based live anywhere airline service is (not just big hubs, anywhere) airline to the jet day 1 of 15 and home day 15 than your 13 off starts. Easy work, rental car every night on the road no ubers or taxis. Need two PICs and two SICs.

Default Tech interview

Just got the call and email for technical interview. Mine is next Friday. Looked like a total of 12 spots. Three per day starting Tuesday with the assessment looking like it will start Friday afternoon and Saturday.
