How do you get a job with them and how flys it?

I'm sure it's pretty easy. Just know Burt Rutan personally, and have high altitude experience from flying your basic U2 or SR-71 or NASA shuttle commander time.

You probably need a Commercial Space Pilot license. The guy who flew the ship that won the Xprize was awarded one on the spot from the FAA.

I'm sure the space pilot mills will spring up.

I met Brian Binnie and spoke to him. Their plan is to hire mostly from within Virgin companies: Virgin Atlantic, Virgin Express, Virgin America, Virgin Blue, Virgin Nigeria,... There are already a couple of Brits selected from Virgin Atlantic. They are former fighter pilots.
