Here's mine:
-Making an excuse for every error made. Correct (and acknowledge) the mistake and simply shut up

when they drop thier voice a few octaves to talk on the radio.....

"previously briefed, any questions?"

When he won't retire.

B;tching about having to do the additional over-60 line checks.

Lways sitting in my seat and won't get out. Jk somebody had to say it.

When the first officer reaches for the gear handle as a "hint" that I should be calling for gear down. And they exaggerate the lean. Annoying to no end!

When he proudly announces "Runway in sight" on a minimums approach and HE is the flying pilot!

When he eats without turning his mic off.
