Any one know how I can expedite this process?

A friend was telling me "they" (her new employer) wanted a copy of her NDR driving record. If they want it, why can't "they" get it themselves?
Expedite the process? Maza got his in 1/2 hr.

They are foreign and do things differently I guess.
